Visibly dirty. Sink was clogged when I walked into the first room they gave me. Customer service was great and got me a different room immediately. Second room had small bits of debris in corners and towels could use refreshing one of mine had holes

We go to PPAC a couple of times a year and love to stay at this location in Providence RI. all the rooms and staff are excellent. My only complaint is the coffee pods they leave in the rooms for the Keurig are not the best and they are old. Otherwise this is one of the best places we have stayed in years

Good location for our event, but the property needs cleaning. Inside the room, I did see a cockroach, a lot of dust, spotty walls, and room lighting was dark so you couldn't tell if the rug was clean. Aircon, TV worked well.
