Additional three bedroom two bath available on same premises for rent. Perfect for large groups who are traveling together but also have the option to have their own privacy.

Each Bedroom has new queen bed ( purchased June 2023) with adustable bed frame. Elevate your head and legs at the perfect height for the most peaceful slumber! Living room and both bedrooms have individually controlled thermostats and ceiling fans so you can be assured everyone is happy and at the “right” temperature. The windows have night darkening shades for you to be able to sleep as late as you like without the light to disturb you! The remaining windows have up down shades which means they operate by pulling from above or below to give you the exact amount or light and/or privacy you need ! Plenty of cooking, baking and supplies for you to cook meals on those days you don’t want to explore. BBQ grill is cleaned and ready to go while you are relaxing on the deck, swimming , or playing corn hole!
For even more fun, we just finished adding a game room Dec 2023 complete with Pac-man/galaga and many other arcade games to choose from. If you’re competitive, challenge your friends to a game of air hockey or darts! Want to a sit and lounge , there is an Infinity game board packed with over 50 board games to choose from ! Need to do laundry? A full size top of the line washer and dryer located inside the Casa with pre loaded laundry detergent and bounce sheets. Perfect whether you are just staying for the weekend or you want to stay for the month. You will never get bored at the Hideaway!

Guest can use the entire Property to themselves. Please note , there are two separate Residences, A 3 bedroom house and a 2 bedroom Casa. The are completely separate units, sharing the backyard, BBQ, pool and game room. If you have a smaller party, you can book the 3 bedroom house or the 2 bedroom Casa separately . 2 tandem Parking spaces available on right hand side of the driveway. If you have more than 2 cars, please advise and if there is extra space available for your stay we will be happy to accomadate but it must be approved in advance.

We welcome 4 legged family members and provide dog bed, blanket and bowls.
Crib and changing station on site at all times, in the master bedroom closet.
Please do not put any food down the sinks or flush anything down the toilet other that human waste and the provided septic safe toilet paper. This includes but not limited to food scraps, coffee grinds, egg shells, paper of any kind, tampons, and baby wipes(been if they state they are flushable). Grease and oil must be absorbed with papertowels when cooled and disposed of in the trash. Oil solidifies when cooled and will block the plumbing lines. House is on septic and these habits should be used on sewer as well however septic is more sensitive to blockage if not uses properly. Thank you!

No pets in pool please. When pets swim in the pool it causes extensive cleaning because of the fur getting clogged up in the filters. We try to keep our cost down and avoid having to pay a filter cleaning, which is often what will happen after your pet takes a dip.

There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed at all times and each guest must be registered prior to check in. If booking the 3 bedroom concurrently with the 2 bedroom, an exception to the maximum guests will be considered with prior written approval.

No parties of any kind, no exceptions. The hideaway is meant for a getaway for relaxation, quiet, and fun for the paid guests. Commercial Video and Photography must be approved in advance.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. If you would like to have daytime visitors, they may be approved on a case by case based with prior approval. We have a shared backyard/pool area and that area is for the sole use of guests that are registered with AIRBNB, If you have booked the Villa ( the 3 bed house AND the Two bed Casa) then you are only sharing with the guests on your booking. If you booked the 3 bed House or the 2 bed Casa you will be sharing with other guests that are not part of your booking. There is a camera at the driveway entrance and if it is discovered that more people have checked in to the property, then was stated on the reservation, your booking will be subject to immediate cancellation without notice.

We appreciate your cooperation and want you and all our guests to enjoy your stay and that is made possible when all guests keep in mind that the backyard is shared . We ask that you pick up and clean up after yourselves immediately in all shared areas.
