Monserate Winery is just steps away, making it easy to enjoy wine tasting and scenic views on foot. Downtown Fallbrook, with its local cafés, restaurants, and shops, is a short drive away. You’re also within driving distance of Temecula Wine Country, beaches in North County San Diego, and other Southern California attractions. The garage is not available. \*The saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Pool heating is not typically needed during summer months. \*Spa heating, when available, is included and activated on demand. Tampering with pool or spa settings will result in loss of amenity and forfeiture of the security deposit. \* 2 dogs max ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet. \* Kindly note there are stairs throughout the property. \*Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. \*Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. \*As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID.
