« Overall we had a nice time and it's a great unit and location. Owner and property manager have excellent communication skills and helped us with everything we needed. Spoke with the owner and he is planning to make updates to the unit and outdoor area. The shower is beautiful and you can’t beat the location. »

« Michael, the owner, was very responsive whenever I needed anything. I wanted extra water and he immediately fetched me an extra jug, which was truly appreciated. The area was teeming with apple trees, and the one I tasted was scrumptious! Additionally, I found a pint of organic half-and-half in the fridge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. And to top it off, there was a welcoming gift of a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and homemade banana bread! »

« I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. I was happy we stayed here and hope to go back soon. The only issue is that the water heater went out on Sunday afternoon, but it was turned...
