OK, this is an older property. You can tell by some of the fixtures and just the overall presentation. But it was fine. The front office was very kind. Breakfast was good.

Everything was exactly what you want for comfort with an at home Feel. breakfast was excellent! The staff was absolutely amazing, except for molly-i do hope she gets a class in customer service and decides not to speak poorly to customers in the future, no matter the age.

The staff was very friendly and seemed like they truly wanted to be of assistance. I liked that the room was very clean, had multiple pillows on the bed, a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, shower's water pressure nice and strong, plenty of hot water. The FULL breakfast was superb. Coolest pancake maker ever! Nice variety of food and drink for all discerning taste buds. It's available mornings from 6:30-9:30. Would be nice if it were served for more than 3 hours.

All the staff were very attentive to our needs, the breakfast was in a nice dining area, for the most part the food was good, I did feel like our bathroom could have a upgrade, even though it was clean the toilet was a bit undesirable. Over all I would stay again 😊

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good. The best thing about our stay though was the front desk clerk Molly (?) When she found out that one of our cars had been experiencing problems, she offered to help us using her OBD2 code reader to help diagnose what the problem might be. It was SOooo helpful and out of the normal job expectations. The staff here really went out if their way to be friendly and accommodating. As a side note, the property is also adjacent to a Dutch Bros and many fast food businesses. This is an excellent location and easy to access from main roads.

expensive breakfast adequate but consisted of the typical watery powdered eggs and warm (not hot) bacon. coffee was better than often found in hotels like this one. bed was comfortable, shower fine. had trouble staying cool enough to sleep, even with AC set to 65 degrees—didn’t work very well. much nicer than other hotel nearby with the same name.

Booked hotel to use the hot tub after a day of mountain climbing. Informed at check in that hot tub wasn’t working so I could not stay., booked another motel with a functional hottub instead. Notified hotel staff and expedia right way. However neither is able to help issue a refund.

We liked the room size, the pleasant staff, the fresh towels, the single flight of stairs that were easily accessible, and a decent breakfast. We didn't like the door that stuck or the double beds. Also, the pool was freezing. My children did not want to stay and swim.

This hotel is not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Also, it's easy to get to right off I-5. I would definitely stay there again.
