"Front desk is great, shuttle driver was excellent helping with the luggages and information, however the cafe closed way early than advertised 2pm even though I beg for a cup of coffee around 11:45am, they said a staff didn’t show up so they have to close, disappointed with that! But everything else was great!"

"Very clean. The front desk were super nice. Changed my room because I requested an ocean front and got what they called ocean but more city and the guy changed it no problems to a full complete front ocean beach view. Staff was friendly and perfect location."

"This was my second stay at Anaheim, Majestic Garden Hotel, and it was again another amazing stay comfortable clean, and the staff was knowledgeable and customer service oriented. However, the only thing I didn’t get it was probably my fault was turnover. I was there three days Saturday, Sunday Monday checked out Tuesday and I did not get any service. Luckily, I booked a two bed. That’s the reason why I booked a two bed just for me."

"Last minute stay for a concert and it was well-kept and worth the price! Staff was friendly and it was convenient for its location as it well was since it was neighboring several restaurants like McDonald's. The room was clean and cold for our comfort. I would find myself to staying here again if we ever come back here in LA!"

"Hotel area was clean and the lobby area looked elegant and clean. Staff were helpful and professional even though they were short staffed during check in. The room was clean and comfortable but being located near the storage room and stairs. Regardless staying for a nigth it was clean and comfortable for the price and great location in Burbank!"
