"We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, who shared all the details of our room and hotel. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with seating space for many guests. Staff paid great attention to keeping all foods well stocked. The front clerk gave us a handful of dinner options all within a five minute walk."

"Staff is basically nonexistent. Our towels and bedsheets had some stains on it and we tried to contact staff but no one answered. We went downstairs to talk to staff and no one was there either."

"Large comfortable room. The bathtub was too narrow and slippery- dangerous. The breakfast was wonderful. 10 minutes by taxi to the train station and 20 by taxi to downtown. The hotel restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday and so were a lot of the other restaurants. They also close 2:30-7 so plan ahead."

"Hotel was in perfect location with high-end shopping all around it and also regular shopping just down the street. Amazing top restaurants just around the corner and this hotel is in great location to get to places you want to explore within the city. Staff was very friendly, hotel room was large and the shower was really nice with. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Highly recommend."

It is conveniently located close to major city transport links and local shops, and just a few stops from the city centre and everything Brussels has to offer. For those who enjoy walking, the city is very pedestrian‑friendly, and you can walk safely and comfortably from the hotel to almost anywhere in town."
