Our 65 m² maisonette apartment, spread across two levels, is thoughtfully furnished and beautifully designed – a place where art, comfort, and functionality meet. Situated in a peaceful yet central location, close to Messe Essen and the lively Rüttenscheider district, it’s a retreat that blends style and purpose.

Perfect for a business stay, a weekend for two, or a getaway with friends – the Sky Suite adapts to your needs.

Upstairs is the inviting bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and a view of the greenery. Downstairs, the living room welcomes you with a designer sofa bed and a Smart‑TV – ideal for relaxing evenings or additional sleeping space.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a chic dining table with designer chairs – perfect for meals together. The bright bathroom, featuring a glass shower, adds the finishing touch of comfort.

Some furniture pieces were specially sourced from the Netherlands to enhance the suite's unique character. The Sky Suite combines clean lines with thoughtful accents – creating an experience that’s more than just a stay.
