In case you forgot anything or just need a drink/snack, there is a very small market in the hotel where you can pick up basics. There is an indoor pool and multiple hot tubs (inside and outside). All of this is very wonderful in general, but it pales in comparison to the staff. They are nothing short of top notch. Their ability to help with any request is amazing in-of itself, but their kindness is what truly sets them apart from any other hotel on the mountain. Customer service is second to none and I highly recommend staying here in the winter season!"
