They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. "Excellent check in with friendly staff. The room was mostly clean just a little unclean under the sink in the bathroom on the tiles in room 109. The bathroom flooded when using the shower and this was not just me as the wood on the bottom of the door was expended so suggests is a normal practice. The bathroom also had a wire attached to the radiator above the bath that did not look well covered. So no issues with the room but bathroom needs some love overall. Great facilities - we used the sauna and pool but we could have played tennis if staying longer. Overall 4/5 stars for me."
