Available year round for enjoyment in style. This one has 1 master with a King bed, a set of single bunk beds, and one bedroom with a Queen bed!, The master bedroom has an A/C unit and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Two private bathrooms. Oceanfront, with stairs to the beach only 3 houses over at Stone Steps Beach and a jacuzzi on the deck. Short distance to Moonlight Beach! Two car parking off street in driveway. Fantastic views from living room, dining room and kitchen! Soaring ceilings, knotty pine, and a fireplace. This gorgeous home is adjacent to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway, (not too close), but easy walk to down town, and to restaurants and boutiques, with immediate access to the white sandy beaches. You can also take a walk to Moonlight State Beach, with permanent lifeguard headquarters, tennis court, modern tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. Moonlight Beach is the focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas. Neptune Ave is a location for a relaxing beach vacation within city limits! Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves while enjoying the jacuzzi spa watching the boats, dolphins, and cruise ships float by. Beautifully landscaped exterior. The kitchen is fully equipped, with many extras. The sun room faces the sunset ocean views. The patio has a dining table for 6, and is just outside the indoor dining table. A barbeque is on the deck too. Comfortable seating arrangement with cable, new smart TV and fireplace in the living room. The formal dining room is also on the oceanfront side of the home, Get your chilled wine, or tropical iced tea, and sit back- Blender, is provided for those that prefer a margarita. Home is a bit dated, but don't let that concern you, its well taken care of. Great area for walking, view is amazing from the deck. The beach below is a short walk from the stone steps access nearby. Sitting on the deck watching the surfers was very relaxing, while listening to the waves. Lots of good restaurants in the area and whatever else you may need. Eileen was very responsive and easy to deal with. If I could make any suggestions; its still the same mattresses from our last stay 9 years ago and an update is needed; a bit lumpy for both couples. The home does have TVs, which is great, but the living room should have a larger one for viewing. And a martini shaker would have been great to have. All in all, a wonderful stay in a lovely home and neighborhood, and if we were in the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. ##### Jill D. The charm of the cozy and spacious cabin feel, backdropped with the Pacific Ocean. The warm fireplace in the living room, and the bright sun room, made it our favorite beach house stay yet. Stunning deck and views. A rainbow and dolphins! We noticed and appreciated every detail of this charming house - the pocket door, the pull out cutting boards. Everything you need will be ready for you. It is the first time we have ever went to sleep in a VRBO where it felt just as comfortable as being at a family home you were visiting. The kiddos love the bunkbeds! We hope this VRBO beach house will be around to book for many years to come, as we continue to make family memories at the beaches of San Diego county! We’ve stayed at a dozen different places when we visit the San Diego area and this is our favorite so far. My kids agree. The house has character. It’s close to the places we wanted to visit. The kitchen had everything we needed, we walked to Moonlight beach and town (about 1 mile to town). Eileen was super helpful, kind and communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay. The view from the porch was spectacular! We spent a lot of time watching the ocean. The house was very clean and tidy. One issue was the master bed, not very comfortable to sleep in for us. There was also an issue with the washing machine, but Eileen offered to fix the problem immediately when we let her know what was going on. The house is dated, has older furniture and carpet. All of the houses in the neighborhood are very close together, you can easily hear neighbors talking. Overall, a wonderful relaxing stay and we appreciated Eileen’s response time and help. ##### Ashley H. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. Oils and seasonings aplenty. There was loads of clean towels and beds were clean.
