I use the house as the "meet up" and have very high standards..this house did not disappoint. The communication prior to check-in was seamless and I would highly recommend for those seeking a beautiful quiet getaway, to those who want to be in close proximity to many beautiful SD beaches. My wife especially loved the floor plan of both the upstairs and downstairs areas.You can see a great view of the ocean from two of the upstairs bedrooms. The garden was beautiful and very well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the items for a chef to cook great meals! We loved watching all of the birds going after the feeder from the kitchen window. Encinitas has a lot of great restaurants and other fun activities. A big plus for us was the EV car charger andbeing able to park our car inside the garage. Beautifulgarage, too. The neighborhood was a quiet residential street but only a 5-minute drive to restaurants and stores or to the beach. Very private, with several different outdoor spaces to hang out. Our kids took advantage of the boogie boards supplied by the hosts to catch some waves at Grandview Beach. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to relax, do some cooking, and hang out in the California sunshine. ##### Laura H.
