With its unique combination of modern beach culture and old town atmosphere, spending time outdoors exploring this coastal destination will be a pure delight, with exciting activities and charming sights around virtually every corner.  
  
The Space:  
Pack up your beach bag for full days under the plentiful California sun, splashing in the cool surf and relaxing with a good book on the sand. On your way to the beach, you’ll have your choice of delicious dining options just a few blocks away from the home, giving you the option to stop in by car or head out and explore on foot. Want to escape to San Diego, Oceanside, or Old Town? Take a walk to board the Coaster, a commuter train which provides breathtaking views of coastal scenery while offering transport through San Diego County.  
  
You don’t have to leave the home to enjoy the warm, fresh air, however, as the home’s outdoor spaces will make you feel as though you’ve escaped to your very own oasis. Lounge the day away on the relaxing outdoor patio area at the front of the home, with a selection of comfy reclining chairs. Grab a refreshing beverage and relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa seating under the shaded pergola day or night, sharing stories from the fun-filled day. Up on the deck, a dining set with umbrella and seating for 6 is perfect for hosting meals al fresco. Coming home from a day at the beach? Rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower!  
  
You’ll feel right at home the minute you step through the front door into the fresh and modern interior, elegantly furnished and keeping style and comfort top of mind. The chic living room includes plush sofa and armchair seating along with a mounted smart TV for quiet evenings spent streaming your favorite movie. Should the nights grow cooler, light up the gas fireplace to spread warmth and ambiance throughout the room. If you find yourself needing to catch up on work while away, a dedicated workspace with desk and chair are nearby allowing you to focus while keeping you connected to the rest of the group. From here, head into the formal dining area and take meals seated around the elegant table with views of the lush native landscape. Continuing into the updated kitchen, a spacious island is ideal for meal prep, also offering seating for 2 for quick bites or dining overflow. Stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a farmhouse sink are showcased here, and you’ll find the cabinets well-stocked with cookware and dining ware for whatever culinary desire comes calling.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #2 can double as a second living area with a sofa opening up into a queen size bed and a smart TV.  
  
Bedroom #3 will call to your craftier side, including a queen size Murphy bed, workspace, and a smart TV.  
  
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

\- Washer and dryer in home.  
\- Driveway and street parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Garage parking is not permitted.  
\- Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets – dogs only. No other pets permitted. An additional daily pet of $35 per pet will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.  
\- This home is equipped with exterior Ring security cameras, monitoring the outside of the house.
