Ground Level: Bonus playroom, bedroom and full bathroom (with dedicated central air conditioner), accessible from living room via internal spiral stairs. Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed with its own bathroom. Also an entrance into enclosed 2-car garage. Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower. Level One: Living Area has a covered deck with an oceanview. Open living/Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a sliding door and a covered deck with oceanviews. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds.
