The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. "Inside the room. The lighting arrangement is very poor. The heating system in the room never worked or was not switched on when the Weather outside was 16. To 22 deg The many type of showering faucets is great. But the water itself was not sufficiently hot to enjoy the shower There was no proper place for the toilette items to place in the bath room . Though sufficient amount of body wash. Shampoo shaving kit was provided in a well packed manner but it was harped up on the sink Inside the shower the small hole for the soap and other items couldn’t be placed as it was not level and all items kept on them couldn’t stay in place and it fell into the floor The worst part is the proper drainage of the shower water couldn’t be achieved due to improper pitching if the floor Improper alignment of the shower door let the shower water leak through the glass panel and the gap between the glass door and the glass panel "

"When trying to call in room dining the phone in the room was not working. Had to call to send someone to repair it from my mobile after finding hotel number from google. Next day left early with DND light on. On my return in the evening I noticed my room cleaned. Don’t think the staff noticed the light. I left the DND on to avoid anyone coming in as my things were all open. After a long day while trying to take a nap there was heavy drilling noise for which I called reception 3 times and all 3 times I was told it has stopped but did not. Later I got a knock on the door again inspite the DND sign on and there stood a staff from reception with a man from maintenance who said that work stopped at 5.30 and where is the noise. It was about 6.30 and I told him it has been going on and off since and hour and you say the work has stopped. Anyway could not take their nonsense so checked out of the hotel and went to another Hotel. "
