"The staff was friendly from check in to check out the next day. The breakfast was hot and was delicious. The staff working in the breakfast area were super sweet and checked on everyone to make sure things were good. "

"Checked in late night after a long flight. I did not stay in the room for more than 15 minute. The environment was a drug invested nightmare. The rooms was horribly filthy and smelly. Roaches were crawling on the walls. We literally ran out of the room and back to the office to request a refund but was told we would have to speak to the manager on the day shift. However, no one answers the phone for location service so matter was left unresolved. I was forced to Lyft to another Hotel which costed more money, on top of having to pay for the other room at a higher price. Was fortunate that they had one last vacant room. This was definitely the most horrible experience that my daughter and I have ever had on a vacation. I’ve been using Hotels.com for several years now but after this experience I will likely never book through Hotels.com again."
