This cabin has it all! Great location, great amenities, and clean! We enjoyed our little weekend getaway here. From playing in the creek to relaxing in the hot tub or by the fire, it was all great. Beds are super comfy. We loved it all!
We loved the attention to detail at this cabin. It’s obvious a lot of thought was put in to making it a comfortable place for everyone (including the dogs). We will definitely be back!!
We love Rambling Waters. It is quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed, and a beautiful, secluded spot for a relaxing vacation. We will be back next year!
Absolutely perfect. Quiet and beautiful. Creek is so pretty. Everything was thought of by the host. Couldn't ask for a better host/cabin/location and the weather was perfect!
very quite location, everything was as advertised the host was very good at replying to my questions. I loved listening to the creek out back. The location seemed like you deep in the woods but the town of Ellijay was only a few minutes drive. I plan on staying here again and would recommend it highly
This property was great. The house was comfortable had close creek access that allowed us to let the kids play. Had everything we needed only suggestion was Tupperware or containers to store leftovers when you cooked and another large pot as we made spaghetti and only had one pot to boil noodles and make a sauce.
I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. We’ve spent time at dozens of cabins and this is one of the top ones. From relaxing in the awesome hot tub, to building fires in the fire pit, to laying in the hammock and enjoying nature, to swinging over the flowing creek, to watching movies and cooking as a family, to listening to records in the sitting nook, to having coffee on the screened in porch and more. Everything was perfect. They keep it clean and well stocked. The scenery is beautiful. Pet friendly and our old dog loved it. The only suggestion I have is adding some additional variety to the cooking ware and fixing the beeping noise above the downstairs bathroom (I believe it’s from a water softening machine). A cabin!
Incredible location 10 minutes from Ellijay. Clean comfortable and well appointed. Truly a home away from home. Our dog Oakley lovedthe creek and we really enjoyed seeing a bear cub play in the creek and hop on the outdoor hammock. Having a hot trunk was sublime! Manager professional and very easy to contact and get a response. We will definitely rent again
Nice drive through the woods on a narrow dirt road leading to a fabulous cabin. Everything was perfect. The cabin was immaculate and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. But for us, the highlight was the outdoor area. Loud rambling creek. Great sitting areas including the fire pit which was so perfectly designed. We look forward to staying again.
The house was as listed. The drive in was a little nervous with one lane road but drive way was marked with reflectors so you knew where you were on concrete coming down. Very quiet and secluded. Enjoyed listening to creek and feeding tiny fish in the stream. We wanted somewhere to just vegetate and relax and this was the place. Ate at several area restaurants and all were good. All we saw was several butterflies and a squirrel. Our small dog enjoyed as well. Loved screened in porch.
Everything was great with exception of the hot tub! The hot tub was very cloudy and smelled bad, slimy filter with some build up around parts of the tub. It really needs to be drained, cleaned and start over. Other than that we enjoyed our stay….
We brought our two German Sheps up from Jax for a long weekend of hiking and sitting by the fire pit by the creek. The house itself was great. Loved the fireplace and being able to sit on the porch and hear the water while drinking morning coffee. We hiked every day and had a great time. Cabin is well appointed (nice touch to have dog biscuits and s’mores ingredients waiting!!) and comfortable. You are nicely remote while only a 15 minute drive to civilization. Two things to note: the gravel drive in and out is steep and narrow. I don’t think it needs 4x4 on normal days (although it didn’t hurt) but can’t speak to lousy weather days. Second, the pillows were a bit weak so if you can bring your own, do it. We loved our stay here and hope to be back in the fall!
