Stunning Views, Amazing Staff, but a Disappointing PropertyThis home has breathtaking views and a fantastic location, but unfortunately, its condition does not match the VRBO description. It desperately needs updating and proper maintenance.Our first night was a complete disaster. There was no hot water despite the chilly mountain temperatures. None of the bedroom Jacuzzis worked, only one firepit functioned, and we were told we could use either the large outdoor Jacuzzi or the two smaller ones, but not both. Faulty door locks repeatedly left us locked out. There were severe termites above the dining table, missing toilet seats and showerheads, and blankets that appeared dirty and smelled unpleasant. Even the pool table was unusable due to cracked balls, which were replaced only after I complained two days into our stay.On a positive note, communication was excellent. Fernando and Leo worked hard to address problems, and our chef, Laura, was absolutely exceptional! She went above and beyond and was truly the highlight of our trip.I wanted to bring her home with me. She was truly the best. We traveled internationally with family and friends for a special celebration, and it was embarrassing to arrive at such an unprepared property. Despite everything, we made wonderful memories.It’s heartbreaking that such a gorgeous home is so poorly maintained. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it in its current condition.
