We were eventually moved to another room late at night, which also had the same issue, and were then offered a different room at an additional charge. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably during our stay. We addressed this with staff multiple times, including at checkout, but no resolution was provided. Aside from the air conditioning issues and lack of resolution, the food was good and the gym was adequate, which we appreciated."
