"I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, but the room maintenance was consistently poor. Shortly after checking in, I noticed the bathroom sink was leaking. While the front desk sent someone up quickly, the "fix" didn't hold, and I woke up to a leaking sink again the next morning. To make matters worse, the AC in the room was broken. The same technician was sent up but actually made the unit harder to operate. It took a total of three visits to finally get the AC functioning properly. Spending so much of my trip waiting for repairs was disappointing and not the experience I expected for the price."
