The Space:  
Located within the popular Trail Ridge community, your adventure begins the moment you arrive. You and your guests will be able to take full advantage of access to the onsite Homestead Court Club, offering an impressive set of amenities including a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, racquetball and paddle tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a pickleball court. It’s also known for its extensive hiking and biking trails spanning over 400 acres of open space. You’ll be just a short drive or walk from the Riverwalk at Edwards, a central area with a vibrant mix of boutique shops, delicious restaurants, coffee spots, and galleries, all overlooking the serenity of the Eagle River.  
  
The home’s spacious interior perfectly projects those cozy cabin vibes, with vaulted ceilings enhance the openness along with the abundance of natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite shows on the smart TV, the fireplace creating the ideal ambiance for an immersive movie night. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals in the convenience of home, with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home.
