Nestled alongside the tranquil Eagle River, this spacious top-floor 3-bed, 2-bath home offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. The open floor plan is designed to maximize both space and light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for everyday living or hosting loved ones. Large windows bathe the interior in sunlight, while the living room opens to a private patio, where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh mountain air or take in the peaceful river views. The kitchen is set with everything the chef in the group needs to whip a feast including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and coffee/filters are supplied. The dining table offers seating for six with an additional two seats at the kitchen counter. Each of the three bedrooms are set up with cozy mattresses and hotel quality linens for your best night's rest. The first guest bedroom is outfitted with full/over bunk beds, the second offers two twin beds while the primary suite is set with a king bed. The primary is also equipped with an en suite featuring a shower/tub combo and there is also a guest bathroom available. Warm up in front of the fireplace or watch your favorite movie in the living room. Step outside, and you’re just a short stroll away from the picturesque riverside path, ideal for walks along the Eagle River. Just west of River Pines lies the vibrant Riverwalk, offering an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, ensuring that everything you need is close at hand. Whether you’re looking for a serene retreat or a home in the heart of Edwards’ conveniences, this property offers the best of both worlds! SNOWY SLOPES nearby offering snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tubing: Arrowhead Village (2 miles), Beaver Creek Resort (6 miles), Vail (14 miles), Copper Mountain Resort (34 miles), and Breckenridge (51 miles). \*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
