This is a brand new house with beautiful legal basement suite. Separate HVAC system, and separate thermostat controls.

The 2 bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and large window to let in natural light. The full bathroom, which offers a shower/tub combination. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. There is the cute living room and laundry facilities for free. Coffee and tea is complimentary. The host is kind, friendly and respectful.
