  • During your time here you will find a stylish & prime stay Downtown Edmonton with FREE underground/heated/secure parking included for 1 vehicle. The Rice Howard Parkade is managed by impark and is separate from the condo. It is located directly behind the condo (less than a minute walk not connected to the condo) and is underground heated secure parking). The condo doesn't have parking so we pay for monthly parkade parking to go above and beyond for our guests!

    You will be close to transit, Rogers Place, City Center mall, restaurants, liquor stores & River Valley. Ultra fast Gigabit Internet. Air conditioning in the unit.

    New York Style 1 bedroom 2 full beds (Queen & Double) condo has all you need including in-suite laundry, Netflix included , full blown kitchen with all essentials. Includes Sportnet subscription watch Edmonton Oilers & Toronto Blue Jays games!
