The location is excellent, close to stores and restaurants but the downside; it can be very noisy. You can hear group of people yelling and sounding drunk up to 3:00 AM

We paid a lot for this property but it was the same night as several big events so I understand they could demand it. Great location in the heart of the historic area. Great property. Very clean. Nice accommodations. Would definitely book again.

This was a beautiful property in a great location. We could walk everywhere. We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the combined washer/dryer at first. The settings were clearly marked but we could have used more directions. Once we understood, it worked well. It was convenient not to have to go to a laundromat. We would definitely stay here again.

It was like staying at a guest room at the castle! Beautifully decorated, tall ceilings, gorgeous rainfall shower. Perfectly centrally located. Perhaps a guide for the laundry machine would have be helpful, but we figured it out! Highly recommend for a stay in Edinburgh!

İt is a big, clean, newly furnished room with a nice clean kitchen and bathroom. The only thing we didnt find comfortable is the mattress. Otherwise location is good. Nice local restaurants and breakfast places in the area

Can't say enough good things about this property. It looked absolutely new with upgrades. Super clean and well equipped. We stayed in a large studio suite with Castle View. You are a short few minutes walk from the Royal Mile and Victoria Street or Greyfriar Bobby's in the opposite direction. Less stairs and uphill on this side of town as well. We had a fantastic anniversary stay. Can't recommend enough!
