I booked a room at church hill rooms for two nights 3-5 of July (Itinerary # 7274794176773). So I can definitely say that it was the worst experience in whole my life!!! I received an e-mail saying that in case of late check-in I have to give them a call. My flight was delayed for many hours, so I was trying to call them to warn but nobody answered my calls and when I finally got to the hotel nobody opened the door! So I had to stay WHOLE night on the streets, alone, desperate, crying, stressed! I don’t even know how I managed all that. Next day only after 11 (before that I had to walk under the rain) I managed to get in touch with the member of stuff who was extremely rude, saying that all that happened was totally my fault and that he didn’t care about my problems.
