"Clerk checking in wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all. We only stayed one night and decided we’d rather not shower because the bathroom and shower was pretty gross. Blankets were torn up. No microwave in the room. When I asked for an iron they said they didn’t have one. It was a cheap hotel but still more money than it was worth in my opinion "

"The hotel is beautiful with thoughtful nods to the area. At check in I had to wait 5+ mi s for someone to come to the desk. I mentioned I had a dog, they asked if it was a service dog"

"The lights by the beds weren’t working and the room phone wasn’t even charged. Callled front desk and the young man was not of any help. We had to figure out how to fix issues. I expect to come to my room and everything is in working order, or have helpful staff. "

"Our room was very nice. it was clean and attractive. We liked the newly done granite shower with the rain head. The only small thing was that there were only three hooks on the wall for a closet. Otherwise, it seemed almost brand new and modernized."
