Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. « Maria was very helpful and let us check in early as it was a rainy day. We blew a fuse in the bathroom and she fixed it write away. « This property is basically brand new- it was recently renovated and is very clean and furnished very nicely. Has all the beach gear you could need, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It’s super convenient to be in the downtown area for access to fun restaurants and shops. There were 6 of us- parents and 4 kids and we did not feel cramped at all. Check in process was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again. »
