Wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass das Zimmer im Keller mit wenig Tageslicht liegt und man nur Aussicht auf eine Mauer hat, hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Es ist nicht in Ordnung, diese wichtigen Eigenschaften der Unterkunft zu verschweigen.
Die Unterkunft im Keller mit der sehr lauten Klimaanlage.

The room was nice, clean, and well-appointed. The host was responsive; check-in and check-out were easy. I didn't understand from the listing that it was a basement apartment. The dehumidifier was annoying, but the room was well-maintained. I had to check-out early due to a family emergency, so I stayed only 1 night instead of two. The host refused to make any accommodation or refund, which was disappointing.

Our stay was great. Owner provided us with a coffee each morning and some nice cold beverages. Parking was nice to have. Would recommend for couples. Outside sitting area is tiny, but we were gone most of the day. Beaches in the area are beautiful they even provided beach towles and a small cooler.

Nice room on basement level. Clean and convenient. We were woken up early every morning unfortunately due to the floorboards above us being creaky - 6am one morning but all in all would stay here again.Bike rental was q 15 minute walk away and a great cafe

The space is clean, which is the most important thing. I wish the check-in directions would have indicated not to just go around the right side of the house, but to also go to the back and down the set of stairs. I think the stairs would be a good thing to mention in the listing as those with mobility issues might have problems. Additionally, the "kitchenette" is really a mini fridge, small microwave, and coffee maker in a hallway, so have reasonable expectations that you're just heating up and storing leftovers, not cooking. The room was well appointed, and we really appreciated the carafe of water in the fridge as well as the beers, even if we didn't drink them. The chocolate was a lovely treat. Thank you!

A little slice of heaven

Great location with the ease of a close-by bus stop for a quick trip to town. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. Clean room, comfy bed, and beautiful setting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

He property was beautiful. Very private, clean and plenty of space. The hosts are also super friendly. The property is close to a stop on the Miacomet line of The Wave. It’s about 1.5 miles from the middle of town and 2.5 miles from Surfside.

Lovely, quiet and bright room (for a basement). Well stocked for amenities! Close to Cisco! Hosts were there on arrival and were happy to help with any requests! Definitely will stay here again!

Overall, we had a great stay at this VRBO. There were just a few things that keep it from being 4 or 5 stars.1. we had minimal communication with the hosts. we didn't get arrival information until I reached out an hour before we were supposed to arrive. we also didn't receive any check out specific instructions.2. It was our first time on the island, so maybe this is on us, but we didn't find the location central. it was at least a bus ride or uber to pretty much all of nantucket. However, I could see it being central if we rented a car so that might've been our fault.3. You can hear pretty much everything going on upstairs. at one point it was so loud it legitimately felt our room was right outside the living room instead of being downstairs. overall, if you know what you're getting and maybe rent a car, this is a great property and a good solution to more expensive hotel rooms.

Great location, well kept/clean cozy spot for one (or two)

I enjoyed this stay for a solo trip but it would also be perfect for a couple or two close friends who don’t mind sharing a [hotel quality] bed. Fairly open and spacious for a studio—loved having a smart tv, small fridge/freezer and coffee maker, full bathroom. The entrance is through the backyard and requires the use of stairs, you may have to walk through the yard where people are entertaining but that did not bother me as everyone was friendly. Sound definitely travels from the upstairs portion of the house (e.g. music playing, loud cheering for a Celtics playoff game) but again that did not bother me as I personally would rather hear people around me when traveling alone. Noise from upstairs was not excessive but something to be mindful of if you’re looking for complete silence. Overall, 1million/10 for my stay, would love to stay here again!

Just a room

It was small which I expected. Getting to the room through their yard was a bit odd. The reason I gave a lower rating was we were unable to control the temperature. Each night we woke up sweating. I also had asked for suggestions and response was to google. Lastly all vrbo should have dark wash clothes for makeup removal.

Nice clean basic room

This room was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious. Although it was a little farther from town than we wanted, the free shuttle bus had a stop only 2 doors away. Very convenient! Johnathan was very quick to answer any questions and was accommodating to a couple of special requests. I would definitely recommend these accommodations to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet & affordable place to stay.

Great, clean, modern and new room with all the necessary amenities in a great location. Host was super responsive and helpful - even greeting us when we arrived due to our flight being delayed! We highly recommend it - and Nantucket is FANTASTIC!
