"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. "I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. The two gentleman at hotel reception were awesome..just the one lady who was so rude and unfriendly...but no stress I am happy about my stay given the cost."

"We had a fantastic stay at this chalet and couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very welcoming and helpful, making everything feel easy and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The chalet itself is beautiful, warm and extremely comfortable, with stunning views over the Samoëns valley.We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the log fire, which made evenings incredibly cosy after busy days exploring the area. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully equipped, making it a perfect family escape.A truly memorable stay and somewhere we would happily return to and recommend to others."
