Good hotel.

Nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Room a little disappointing - Club room quite small and dark - only window was in the bathroom. Food was good but quite expensive.

A lovely spacious hotel that was spotlessly clean. The room was plenty big enough complete with a desk and seat, the bathroom was a very good size and again spotless. A large carpark and a restaurant on site with plenty of options for evening dining and a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast options. This hitel is also a great place to stay for Southampton visits and was nice and convenient for a overnight night stay before our cruise leaving from Southampton. We would definitely stay here again

Would visit again, the hotel tried to keep my bank card and had contact the police. Cancelled the room and awaiting my refund , also I have cancelled my gym membership. I would not recommend visiting a village hotel gym or hotel again, there are far better places to stay in the area with friendlier staff like the Hilton at Utilita bowl.
