"The place was very nice and in a great central location and very convenient. Took a moment for me to discover that there were Murphy beds. I suggest you put a little sign or instructions. Place was very clean, well decorated and well equipped for cooking and a longer stay than mine. Wished it had parking, but public parking was pretty nearby. I had my bike and locked it there. Overall too brief but a nice stay."

"This is a great place to call home base for a stay in Provincetown. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and having access to the bay beach behind the property was so convenient. The space was quiet, very clean and had everything we needed, including an amazing view and an amazing host! Would stay here again. "

"Edgewater is located right on the ocean. Was able to check in 1.5 hrs early, housekeeping everyday. Stayed in a studio and that was perfect for my husband and I. They have two pools. Beautiful place"

"This apartment is spotless clean and neat. The apartment is spacious and livable, with good sized bedrooms, and a nice dining table and living area. Everything works well and is in great shape. We did not use the backyard - but it is not as nice as the rest of the property. The neighborhood is quiet but the property does have plane traffic overhead as it’s under the flight path from nearby airport. We didn’t have any problem with plane noise. We liked being so close to downtown Hyannis with food...

"Absolutely perfect weekend-getaway, place to stay. On the quieter end of Commercial St which was perfect for us…nice restaurants and art galleries. The house itself is perfect, quant rustic cottage feel, right on the water…absolutely stunning."
