The space
What's your color story? Each of our unique five bedrooms comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Our home is located in an amenity-rich gated community with three lakes, a swimming pool, tennis & volleyball courts, playgrounds, and more! It is also a short drive away from downtown Stroudsburg, water parks, ski resorts, and other Pocono attractions.

The primary suite with a king-size bed boasts direct deck access and an en-suite bath. A second primary bedroom boasts an en-suite bath. The other bedrooms also have ample space with either king or queen bunk beds. The game rooms featuring arcade games, multiple game tables, stylish design, and are the perfect space for kids and adults alike that they’ll never want to leave.

The screened porch is brilliantly designed, holding one of the two dining tables of the house, with a connection to both the kitchen and rear patio. You can relax in any of the numerous areas of the house, including the under-deck spa retreat. Our backyard hosts a Firepit, BBQ Griddle, patio furniture, hot tub, sauna, disc golf, and giant outdoor games.

You are steps away from nature when you stay at our beautiful home. There are a host of outdoor games including cornhole, giant jenga, and life-size checkers/tic-tac-toe, providing hours of fun for the entire family. A giant climbing tower will keep the kids occupied for hours. Take some time to make some burgers or hot dogs on our Blackstone griddle! The firepit also doubles as a charcoal grill surrounded by string lights, essential for making s'mores with your loved ones. Use the outdoor shower and jump into our hot tub. Showering before entering the hot tub to ensures great water quality for your entire trip or shower intermittently to enhance your barrel sauna experience.

This kitchen has all the essentials for a perfect meal - double door fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave to cookware like pots, pans & pizza dishes, and small appliances like coffee maker (K cup and ground), blender, toaster, and more!

You can look forward to sharing this meal in one of our many dining spaces! You can gather at our indoor eight-seat dining room table. Head over to the adjacent enclosed deck with a large outdoor dining table that can accommodate 12 additional people or hang out at the lower-level game room 4 person tabletop.

Living Room
Spend time with your family and friends in the living room, relaxing near the toasty wood burning fireplace while streaming a movie on the 65" big screen. Two skylights and a lofted ceiling give this grand space great lighting and and ethereal presence.

Children's Room
Enter the lofted children's room, and you'll be enamored by our classic arcade table, roll score, and craft and activity table with tuck-away seating that’s the perfect size for kids. The kids that never want to leave don’t have to as this room also has a twin-bed!

Adult Game Room
Get excited for a night of fun and nostalgia! The lower game room boasts a full-size 3-in-1 table that switches between pool, ping-ping, and air hockey. Add some Vegas to your game night with the wheel of Fortune casino-cade. Compete with your friends in multiple board games or dominate them at ring-toss or shuffleboard. Belt out your favorite tunes on the karaoke machine (tip: mirror the phone display to the TV). You won’t want to miss watching the big game on our 55" screen or catch a blockbuster with some popcorn from the popcorn machine!
