Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. « Location, location, location and free parking. Perfect. Having a stress fracture I appreciated being close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, great restaurants, and fun shopping. Room was basic with everything we needed: smart tv, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron. Everything was sparkling clean. Staff very helpful over the phone and in person. Will stay there again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay (in town for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament). The place was very clean and all kitchen and bedroom essentials were included. Towels for the bathroom were fresh and ready to use. The washer and dryer, grill, and coffee machine were especially handy. The WiFi was strong, the AC was cold, and the water was hot, so no issues there either. Communication with the owner Brad was quick and easy. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here. « Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »

« The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...
