"We requested our luggage be pick up from the arrival pier. Our request was completely ignored, and were given zero instructions on how to make this happen. These should be given out long before your arrival. Shouldn't even have to request them. Unless you enjoy dragging your bags through sand through the blistering heat. Over all the units are nice, clean and cool. Pools are surrounded by tons of plants and trees, beautiful vintage vibe. We spent our last hours in the pool watching two family's of monkeys, hang out, drink, and wrestle. Very cool. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Lots of unheated/cold food. Best to stick to fresh made fried eggs and omelets. Enjoy visiting the all the shops and restaurants on the main walking street, but don't ignore the eastern shoreline where you arrived. Lots more to see there, also a lot less busy! "

"Clean and well equipped room. Very friendly staff. Amazing location with fabulous views and atmosphere. However, we didn’t go to breakfast at the resort restaurant after being scared off by the food poisoning reviews (lots of them) on google but no issue ourselves. We went to the Monkey Bar instead, which is next door which was excellent. The illnesses could however be linked to people going in the sea as the monkey bar had no such reviews and is linked to a hotel with a pool so perhaps less people going in the sea! The area needs a sewage system and after heavy rain there was obvious signs that sewage was discharging near the pick up and drop off boats which you have to wade to!!! Yes this can occur in any country but there were several signs of sewage directly entering the beach even before the storms. I do recommend this place as overall its more quiet that Railay but you need to manage the situation to stay well. If you need western standards then visit this place as a day trip as it is a fabulous environment overall and a cool hangout for climbers. You can also avoid the boat sewage by walking the easy short scramble from Railay West but this can be subject to tide unless you’re happy to get a bit wet. Overall a fabulous place!"

"To say I’m very disappointed in this hotel would be an understatement. We arrived at 7pm and entered our room that was supposed to have a cliff view but it was behind buildings with garbage and towers in the way. The room also smelt like mold and mildew, we complained to the front desk and they sent someone up to check, in which he only sprayed air freshener!! After we returned at 10pm to see if we can switch rooms, we waited over an hour to get a proper response from reception and eventually moved to a different room with a pool view. This room also smelt like mold, the toilet and shower are also detached small spaces and not what we expected. The housekeeping also comes at different times throughout the days so very inconsistent, we wanted to rest during the late afternoon and they had to clean our room as we were there. Housekeeping don’t replace the cups, towels, hand wash soap and didn’t take out the garbage. The plumbing is very poor as well, engineers came to fix the temperature as it only stayed boiling hot, the sink drain also got locked into the socket and an engineer also had to come and repair the sink. I cannot believe how awful this hotel is, this was a 2 star motel experience (at best) and I do not recommend wasting your money here."

"Great location. 1/4 block from Main Street in Ao Nang and 1.5 blocks from beach. Shops, restaurants, massages just steps away. Staff friendly. They supply you with bottled water and will replenish, 2 at a time, whenever requested at no charge. They have a weight room and have Pilates and yoga in mornings on certain days. Breakfast buffet excellent. Lattes, fresh fruit, eggs, cereal and many other yummy foods. 2 pools, one on main floor and infinity pool on roof top. Would definitely go back and recommend it. "
