Our room was beautiful. Quiet location though still close to all the fun and beauty of Railay. The Pools were both fantastic (though the roof pool could use more seating as it is very popular). What really made it was the staff! The woman hosting the breakfast buffet telling me about the resident cat after she saw me petting it, or the other cleaning staff member who, when I mention my husband was staying in with an upset stomach, made sure to give me lots of bottles of water, juice boxes, among other little things to keep him comfortable. Our favorite part was watching the cute monkeys visit the trees in front of our patio in the mornings. We wish our stay was longer!

We had a lovey stay at the hotel, it just needed updating. The breakfast was brilliant and the location was fantastic, perfect side to watch a sunrise and very short walk to watch it set on the West side. Rooms were the small problem, it just needs investment as all a little dated. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely.

Many mosquitoes in the room. Not sure where they were coming from (fans, vents, A/C, etc.) but each night I would kill a couple on the walls before I went to bed, and I would wake up with a bite or two on my face or arms. Everything else was great (service, food, pool)

Best stay on Railay beach, especially considering the price. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfy, the shower pressure is perfect, and they even have a rooftop pool. It is a convenient walk to the beach and laundry services. Highly recommend!

Recommend Railay Princess if you are looking for a quieter location with great swimming pool to relax around. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Comfy bed and spacious room. Short walk to shopping and restaurants and handy walk to Pra Nang Beach which we loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s convenient, feet away from the pier. It’s not a beach hotel but the pool it’s nice. Breakfast it’s very good. Don’t take the laundry bag with you, they will charge you 350 baths for it.

Stayed for just over a week... staff lovely, buffet breakfast really good with alot of choices, pool great and east side location suited us as central to Walking Street and Pra Nang Beach and right at ferry jetty. Nice big room with King size bed... would stay here again.

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned well every day. The pool area was well maintained and the breakfast had a variety of good food. The beaches around the area are incredible and there are plenty of good restaurants around as well.

The hotel was in a great location, it was nice having a buffet breakfast in the morning.Leaving there was great as the boat was directed by them and very convenient . Only downfall of this resort was hard pillows.

There is no water pressure in the shower and you will get stagnant water in the shower floor. The hotel is a bit lackluster for a 4-star. It needs a little bit of a revamp. However, it is very conviniently located steps away from the pier and you will also have the visit of cute monkeys straight from the room's balcony.
