« The location of this property is excellent. Right on a cove so you could put in and out kayaks, etc. if you wanted to bring them. « Very nicely done property on Long Island, literally minutes off of the LIE. Bed was very comfortable, neighborhood was very quiet, hosts also very quiet. This location was ideal and very cute. Tall ceiling helped to make it feel larger than just one room. Loved the large walk-in shower. Host was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and very accommodating regarding late night check-in. Highly recommend and will consider this location first for our next trip to LI. »

« Instead of staying at a hotel for a wedding in Garden City, we stayed at Deirdre's place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm happy we got to walk the entire 2.3 mile boardwalk on Friday (4.6 miles in total), ride the entire boardwalk on Saturday morning with bikes provided before the wedding then spend a few hours at the beach on Sunday. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport.
