The house was supplied with everything we could possibiy need. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful when we had an issue with the dock. Definitely recommend staying here. Also, it was dog friendly so we could include our pets in the gathering. The owner used a snowmobile to mark hiking trails which was a great afternoon activity. »

« It is an old cabin/house that is a bit run down. Our biggest issue was the super intense musty smell. We were also disappointed with the quality of the bedding and towels (which only 2 were left for our group of 4). It's a really steep price tag for a property like this and I would never use the word serene to describe it. The owners were easy to work with, but we were glad we only had to be there to sleep. « We had an amazing experience renting the tree lodge at the Shire in the Woods. Michael was very helpful and easy to communicate with. They took Covid precautions and the cabin was exceptionally clean. We had an amazing time, saw a baby black bear alongside the road and a lot of wildlife.
