The area is nice and quiet so we really enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. My only cons is the basic cleanliness/upkeep. « Several friends and young children enjoyed this property for three nights and everyone loved it. The house felt very warm and welcoming and had charm throughout it. Everyone congregated around the large kitchen island for every meal and the living area was great. Outside offered options for activates, games, walking, swimming, and numerous fire pits. This is a wonderful estate for friends and family to enjoy and have enough space to suit everyone's preferences. »

The house wasn’t perfectly spotless and stained carpets and too many things on the walls but nothing terrible. It was all easily overlooked because we were all together with lots of room to spread out if needed. »

« The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc. »

« Guest house is comfortable and set-up well. We stayed here for family weekend at UConn. It was a great home base for us. We loved the driving the local roads back and forth. We did not use the kitchen but appreciated the extra space and to relax during a busy weekend. »

« Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe.
