« This place was absolutely perfect...i cant even stretch how beautiful this place is...steven was an excellent host..he came by and gave us a quick tour of the home! He even gave us alittle history of the area which was very cool...the home is huge and clean...perfect for the amount of people i went with...the waterfalls are breath taking and honestly the reason why we would return to this property....i give it a 10/10....if i could give it 100 stars i would....best place i have been to so...

« We had 18 for a family reunion. Everyone loved the place — the kitchen, the dining areas, the pool, the fire pit, etc. Each couple had their own bed/bath for privacy and group areas for family activities. The weather was gorgeous. Trout fishing is just down the road and two golf courses are about 20 minutes away.There is a great game room — but it’s in the basement, which we rarely used.We were very pleased and would happily return. »

« Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use...

« Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors.
