Enjoy watching lobstermen haul their traps and seals play offshore—this is classic Maine coastal living at its finest. Inside, the recently renovated cottage features shiplap walls, designer-curated decor, and a cozy, rustic-chic atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishware, and glassware (note: no dishwasher). Baseboard heating ensures comfort, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms help keep the air cool during summer months. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom features a full-size bed. A shared bathroom includes a ¾-size shower. The home accommodates up to four guests comfortably. On the Rocks includes parking for two vehicles. A scenic, softly lit walking path leads you down three flights of stairs to this private coastal hideaway—ideal for travelers seeking quiet, nature-filled surroundings. Please note: Due to stairs and uneven terrain, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Located just 10 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, you\`ll have easy access to shopping, dining, whale watches, boat tours, and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
