Bear activity is possible in the area, so we kindly ask that all vehicles remain closed and that trash is kept securely inside. You may also spot a variety of wildlife during your stay, including birds, jumping fish, deer, elk, and bugs—part of the charm of this natural setting! Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund. Verry clean. Out side was perfect. The drive to most things were very close. Down side for me was the excessive black flying bugs coming out from the vents, plugs and crawling on the ceiling. I constantly had to check everything. I get its a pet friendly house. The pet hair on the everything was a bit much especially it being on our clothes when we would go out. We have stayed at other pet friendly homes and the hair was never this issue. I do recommend lent rollers. The stairs are pretty steep and slippery my son and mother in law feel off them thankfully at the bottom. There is a smell down stairs that comes and gose. So iam guess its the septic.
