From the fireplace built with polished river rock picked right out of Cascade Creek, to the stylish curved entry wall, and large windows perfectly framing the expansive mountain views, you'll find yourself immediately relaxed and in vacation mode! Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a ski shuttle to Purgatory. It had everything we needed during our three-night stay. The property has two small decks, one off the dining area and one off the upstairs master bedroom. It would have been nice to sit on the deck, but I could not find any chairs for that purpose. I stayed in the master bedroom, which was clean, large, and had a comfortable bed. The master bath was huge, with a jetted tub and shower. My daughters utilized the kitchen and its appliances and stayed in other bedrooms, so I'm not the one to give input on that- but I never heard any complaints from anyone in our group about anything regarding the condo. I hope to stay there again on my next vacation! ##### John B.
