When we were there, there were hockey teams there, which I understand they do not need to tell you that; but the kids were running with no supervision. The parents were drinking and playing cards in the pool are with no idea that kids were even present. Kids were eating in the sauna when it says no food or drinks, they were throwing patio chairs into the pool. Playing tag in the lobby. Running the halls yelling. Very poor experience.

Everything was fine except parking was a little difficult but after getting a pass it was clarified that there was overflow parking. Elevators are a little slow but other than that it was clean and provided what we needed!

Overpriced for a small room and walls are paper thin. You can hear someone talking from the bathroom to the elevator. Stains on the bed. The shower temperature kept changing from freezing cold, to my skin was about to burn off. The hotel amenities mentioned breakfast and a bar, but they had neither of those because the bar/restaurant was shut down. The hotel was hot and all you could smell was chlorine from the pool. The elevators are sketchy and make loud noises and jerk you around. The toilet was up against the sink in the bathroom?? How is this logical? Homeless and drug addicts roaming the streets and walking around the building. There was a protest going on as well. Overall, I wasted a lot of money on this “high-end” hotel when it was the trashiest one in Duluth.

Excellent location for entertainment district and while not near the 'main' malls there are still some quaint shopping choices within walking distance. The hotel is older but solid and unique and the decor is quite nice. Loads of free parking. Pool is a nice size and temp. Rotating restaurant o the top floor is our favourite spot. Menu is limited but good food and good prices and family-friendly comfortable space where you can hang out long for an extended period with family and friends and enjoy music, board games etc. Staff is friendly and quick to help out if something needs to be fixed or tended too. Common areas could be a bit cleaner (ie elevators or hallway carpets) but room was clean and no complaints. We will be booking there again next time we are in Duluth with no hesitation.

This place needs a major overhaul. The carpet in the lobby was ripped & stained. Only one elevator was working. I had to clean off some gross stuff off the mirrors in our room. The restaurant had a VERY limited breakfast menu. We ended up going down the street to another hotel’s restaurant for breakfast. We will not stay here again.

The property was good, convenience of it was great. The rooms were small and bathroom was a little tight squeeze... only one elevator was in service when we were there and it was slow. Other then that, it was a clean and good place to stay.

Heater/AC & Vents were extremely dirty, the sink overflow drain was disgusting, 1 elevator was out of order, & the enclosed walkway was not accessible to be used for getting to & from the DECC Facility.

The hotel is old and half way remodeled. Only one elevator worked and it took a long time to get on one. The restaurant server was really nice but the food was horrible.

Outdated and the hot tub is a little dirty-looking. The sauna is great. Overall the hotel needs an upgrade. The best feather is the Harbour 360 It's nice. The menu could be better.

Run down. Shower did not work properly. Wall outlets were faulty. Bathroom awkward and small; more “kid” size than adult and I’m a small adult so that’s saying something. Would not recommend.
