"The cottage was just as described online and shown in pictures. All appliances were modern like new. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and our stay was just what we were looking for. The property is at the end of a long driveway and is nestled deep in the woods with a creek running through it. Wear shoes with good traction to walk down to the creek as the descent is steep. You have a true sense of privacy."

"This was our 2nd stay. It never disapoints. You can spend time with family in the pool and game room. Clean and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do and see in Columbia or Nashville. The house is beautiful and always feels like home."

"Gratidude Ranch was the perfect place for my extended family to gather for a long weekend. The main house, carriage house, and cottage were all clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The kitchen was perfect for all of us (11adults & 3 children) to gather while cooking meals together. We also enjoyed grilling on the deck! The many porches with rocking chairs, porch swings, etc were a favorite in the evening too! As an added bonus, the kids LOVED visiting the animals at the barn! During our stay, we drove into the quaint village of Leipers Fork several times for shopping (the Bubble Joy candy shop was the kids favorite!), eating, and enjoyed wine in the Creek at Crown Winery (the adults favorite)! It was a wonderful weekend. We will be back! "

"This property was great….you all have thought of everything! I use VRBO a lot and have to say that I haven’t stayed at any place as well stocked with all of ones needs and more! The extra bonus items were well thought out…Doggy things, s’mores and all the choices of teas! Also stocked bathrooms with all of the items you need! If I were to make a suggestion, maybe check the duct work in Bedroom to the right of the back deck! When the air conditioner kicks on it makes a terrible, loud noise….we checked the other bedrooms and no noise! Still would stay again, it was great!"
