2bed 1bath unit with deck and hot tub, on the river 5 min to Estes park

Kozy Kove is our largest unit on site, perfect for small families or close friends. Unit features a living area with a TV, Gas Stove (fireplace), a full kitchen with a large 6 top table, a queen bed by the living area, a bedroom with a full bed, that has access to a balcony with patio seating, one shower, exiting the living area is the access to a private balcony and hot tub. Enjoy some bubbles with family and friends by the river. You have full access to the river, however fishing license is needed. Free parking is available on the property. Unit is accessible. Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best.it may go in and out at times we have a studio behind this unit that has a full kitchen bathroom tv and Queen bed it can be added for an additional fee so we could accommodate 6-7 guest for this room message me for more details

Its a cool little cabin location was great hottub on the river is awesome only thing that wasn't great was the water pressure. If my lady or i had thick long hair you would have a big problem but we understand the deal and wasnt a huge problem for us

This place so so beautiful inside was so cozy with the fireplace. The hot tub was just so relaxing looking out at the mountains. The river runing behind was so special to watch the turkeys and ducks in the river.i will be going back there for sure.

Super cute (loved the subtle holiday theme!), easily accessible, and loved the hot tub! The water pressure always started off with a long trickle, (then normalized). I suspect this is the area and not the property?

Rustic cabin. Multiple issues (broken window in living room, dirty hot tub water, tripped breaker, toilet wouldn’t flush, no WiFi connection all week) but the owner was quick to respond to concerns and fix what he could which was greatly appreciated. Was surprisingly quiet at night with the use of the provided fans.

Property was a bit more dated and rustic than I realized from photos and reviews. Kitchen had what we needed. Location was nice. The cabin was very unlevel and floors/rooms were slanted. We had an issue with tv and owners responded immediately to walk me through a solution.

Disappointing

When we entered the property we noticed several things. The trash can in the kitchen had food stuff on it, there were no kitchen towels or wash clothes for doing dishes, the carpet didnt look like it had been vacuumed, there was no bath mat in the bathroom, the water pressure was horrible, and the hot tub was disgusting,and the AC filter was really dirty. We would not recommend this place.

The place was clean, and the hot tub was clean. I messed up with getting the code and I called and they were really nice and actually answered the phone so that was nice. I like it there and our friends were impressed with the location, right on the river.

Cozy little cabin

We traveled for our honeymoon and I wanted a cozy cabin in the mountains with a hot tub. This property did not disappoint. It was quiet and clean. Serene views and sounds of the Big Thompson River which is steps away from your cabin. Easy to check in/out. Our stay was great!

Perfect romantic getaway

What a lovely stay. The hot tub was perfection. Even started to snow while I was sitting in it. Really nice place to get away from it all and just focus on relaxing. Host was super responsive and very helpful. I would love to come back again

Very "Kozy" Place

We were only staying here for one night and I wish it could have been longer. The view of the river was amazing while sitting in the hottub! The host was easy to communicate with. It is close to estes but not in the business of the area.

Pros and cons

The location was nice on the river, close to Estes and hot tub. However, the first night we were there I went into the kitchen and a mouse ran across the kitchen and under the fridge. A lot of the dishware is exposed and not behind cabinet door so I wasn’t confident mice hadn’t been on them. From reading the reviews, the mouse is known. Owner was responsive and did send someone to place traps, however, that should already have been taken care of. The furniture is worn, a chair on the patio has torn seat so you can’t even sit on it. As I was cleaning up before leaving, I saw a graham cracker (not left by us) on carpet under sofa that had been nibbled, not sure if the mouse found it?

I loved this house . The only regret is the we stayed for one night only . I would definitely be back. That’s one of the nicest , coziest little rentals .
