"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , in diese top ausgestatteten Haus , in dem es an nichts fehlt! Leider waren wir dennoch enttäuscht , da der in der Ausstattung erwähnte Pool , schlicht und ergreifend nicht vorhanden ist! Was besonders bei unseren Kindern für Unmut sorgte und den sonst so guten Eindruck der Immobilie trübte. Auch das kleinere Wartungsarbeiten und Schönheitsreparaturen nicht erledigt werden bzw. vom Hausmeister vor sich her geschoben werden. Ein kaputtes Rollo oder eine nicht...

"Das neu erbaute Haus ist sehr schön, aber leider geht aus der Beschreibung (die zwar von Unannehmlichkeiten wegen benachbarten Baustellentätigkeiten spricht) nicht deutlich genug hervor, dass man auf einer Baustelle wohnt. Die Zufahrtswege sind staubige Baustellenstraßen, der Parkplatz des Hauses und der Zuweg zur Haustür waren noch nicht fertiggestellt. "This hotel is extremely special. We stayed in the private spa suite and had our own sauna. The room was stunning, with an amazing view. It was actually better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner was included with the price and both were tasty. Pick a meat option as the vegetable option could have been better. It was my partners birthday and the hotel made it special. The spa facilities are pretty amazing too with everything overlooking the mountains. If I had one suggestion it would be that the sign in the quiet area of the spa was adhered to. The facility has an area where it states that under 14’s shouldn’t enter, families didn’t adhere to this and so there were children around. Only something small for a wonderful stay. "
