The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. « Nous avons eu une belle chambre familiale donc séparé par 2 portes, très grandes et propres. Une vue sur le building à côté, rien d'intéressant. Au debut je trouvais le personnel froid mais quand la responsable Ms Kieu Anh a commencé à m'écrire et me parler tout est devenu beaucoup plus chaleureux. Un préposé à la réception m'a aidé à contacter mon prochain hôtel j'ai très appréciée son aide. Malheureusement le buffet du déjeuner je le trouvais redondant. C'etait des oeufs, pas de gauffre,...

The banquet services ladies went above and beyond - they allowed me to store items in the refrigerator and use them to make a daily smoothie.
