We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. "Very nice and confortable hotel, and well located. The rooms and the place itself is in a classic british style. Breakfast is very nice and it is cooked on demand, which in my opinion may be a down-side, if you're not willing to spend 45 minutes for the breakfast (which esa my case most of the days as I was in a work stay).
