"The staff was friendly and welcoming It was a quick check in Beds n sheets were clean although weren’t that comfortable and gave us sore backs Toilet was leaking water on the floor 3 tubes of full shampoo would’ve been good as we only got 1 tube that was half of shampoo in it as there was 3 of us Overall cleanliness was good There was heating which was great as it was a very cold night"

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable in the family room. The only issue was that there were no plates or cutlery which was inconvenient as we had trouble heating our food. If you are providing a microwave,then there should be plates provided too. Otherwise, the place was clean and is pet friendly."

"Our stay delivered a wonderful and picturesque getaway. The luxurious rooms held a touch of romance and the views were so pretty even in the depths of winter. Exploring the house and the gardens was lovely. Being so close a visit to Yering station for a deliciou wine tasting made for another unexpected and easy to fit in activity. Chateau Yering lived up to any expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying here. The thoughtful welcome gift in our room was a truly unexpected surprise. It was the perfect last night of our overdue wedding anniversary mini-break."

"Very pleasant visit. Very friendly welcome, changed us to a ground floor room and moved a more spry booking upstairs when she saw I was somewhat elderly and lame. I didn't ask but was most grateful. Very comfortable bed, nicely appointed and pleasantly warm room, even a facewasher each in the bathroom, a rare occurrence. Discovered my nephew from Texas stays here when visiting family, really likes the place."
